Densil Vincent is an accomplished mentor, entrepreneur, and business leader with an MBA and over 35 years of global experience in leadership, strategy, and organizational development.

He began his journey as a passionate teacher at age 17, a role that continues to shape his identity as a “teacher-preneur”—blending education with enterprise to inspire and empower others.

As Regional Manager for a Fortune 500 Japanese multinational, Densil led operations across the Middle East, Africa, CIS, Pakistan & Indian Subcontinent, developing deep expertise in international business and cross-cultural leadership.

Having travelled to over 50 countries, he brings a global mind set to everything he does. Over the past 2 decades, he has co-founded and led multiple ventures in technology, consulting, training, and events.

Currently, Densil serves as Chairman of the Lords Group, a diversified business group, and Founder of Lords Pro, where he coaches entrepreneurs, executives, and family business leaders to drive growth with clarity and purpose.
